What we collect

• What you send us. When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive what you share there, such as your name, business details, phone number, email address and message. Those services are run by WhatsApp (Meta), your mobile operator and your email provider under their own privacy policies.
• No cookies. This website does not set cookies, and it has no forms that collect your details.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to keep the site running and secure.

What we do not do

• We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
• We do not sell, rent or share your contact details with anyone for marketing.
• We do not add you to a mailing list. We reply to the enquiry you sent.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry: to send a quote, arrange a demo, or follow up on the conversation you started. Our basis for this is your request to be contacted.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in our business WhatsApp and email accounts for as long as they are useful for the conversation with you, and in any case no longer than two years after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case they form part of our customer records.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Write to hello@altushi.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. It does not store what you send us: messages reach us only through WhatsApp, phone and email.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
