Split payments

Cash, card with its brand, cheque, customer deposit and loyalty points, plus bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bangla QR with the transaction reference. Each part is recorded separately.

Discounts and offers

Line discounts, order discount by percentage or amount, coupon codes, gift cards and prices by customer group.

Hold and come back

Put a sale on hold for the next customer, reopen it later, or turn it into a quotation.

Who is selling

Lock the till between cashiers and pick who is selling when it unlocks, so each sale carries the right name.

No double sales

Pressing complete twice records one sale, not two.

Mobile wallet payments are recorded at the counter with their reference number. Altushi POS does not take online payments.

The drawer tells you what is short

At closing time the question is simple: is the money in the till the money that should be there? Altushi POS answers it for every cashier, every day.

  • The drawer opens by itself when the POS loads, and never stops a sale
  • Add money or take money out with a reason, such as change from the office or a bank deposit
  • Only physical cash counts toward the drawer; card and mobile wallet payments are shown separately
  • At end of day the screen shows what should be in the drawer, what was counted, and the difference
  • The counted amount becomes the next day's starting cash
  • The expected figure is worked out on the server, so it cannot be changed from the browser
  • Every closed drawer stays in the Cash Register report

Returns without arguments

Find the sale fast, give back only what was bought, and never refund more than was paid.

How returns are controlled — 6 points

Find the sale

Search by invoice number, customer name, mobile number, product name or a scanned barcode.

Return part of it

Each line shows how many can still be returned, so two returns can never exceed what was sold.

Refund capped

A refund can never be more than the sale took, and the return says so when the cap applies.

No invoice?

Returns without an invoice have their own flow and their own permission.

Stock goes back

Returned items go back into stock, including to their batch.

Sell before stock arrives

When the system shows zero but the item is on the shelf, the sale can go through and the shortage is settled when stock is received.

Open Today's Sale or Today's Profit from the POS at any time, and print it or save it as PDF.

Questions shop owners ask

Not answered here? Ask us directly and a person who knows the software replies.

Ask your question on WhatsApp
Does Altushi POS work without internet?

No. It runs in the browser and needs an internet connection to reach its server, where every sale is saved straight away.

Can customers pay with bKash or Nagad?

Yes, as a payment at the counter. The cashier records the bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Bangla QR amount with its transaction reference, and it shows separately in the reports and the cash drawer. Online payment is not built in.

Is it good for a pharmacy?

Yes. It is running at a pharmacy today, with batch numbers, expiry dates, an expiry report and returns that respect the batch.

Which printers can we use?

ESC/POS thermal receipt printers at 58 or 80 mm, any A4 printer, and a label printer for barcode rolls. We help you set them up.

Is the software in Bangla?

Menus and most settings can switch to Bangla. The checkout screen itself is in English.

Can we run more than one branch?

Yes. Stock, sales and cash drawers are kept per warehouse, with transfers between them. It is built for single shops and small branch networks.

Can we bring our product list?

Yes. Products import from a CSV file, and we do the first import with you during setup.

Is there a mobile app?

There is no separate app. Altushi POS is used in a web browser on the counter computer.
